The concept of a metric clock stems from the idea
of human-
being's familiarity with base 10 (decimal) numbers. The standard
clock system used is a combination of base 60 and base 12(24) numbers
that can be confusing in many instances, especially in science. The base
10 clock, or "Metric Clock" is not a new idea by any means,
but this
flash implementation of it is unique.
